SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms govern text messages sent by YOHA Enterprise LLC ("CarSwipe AI™," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of https://carswipe.ai. These terms are designed to comply with U.S. carrier and A2P 10DLC requirements and should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
CarSwipe AI™ may send SMS text messages related to your account and use of the vehicle marketplace, including transactional and service-related communications.
2. Consent and opt-in
- By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting where prompted, you agree to receive SMS messages from CarSwipe AI™ related to the services you request.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services except where messaging is necessary to provide the requested service feature, such as account verification or password reset.
- You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder.
3. Types of messages
- Account verification codes.
- Password reset and security alerts.
- Buyer lead notifications.
- Seller notifications related to listings and leads.
- Dealer notifications related to inventory, leads, and account activity.
- Payment confirmations for Boosts and other paid features.
- Customer support messages you request or that relate to your support inquiry.
4. No marketing without consent
CarSwipe AI™ does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages without your express consent where required by law. Transactional and service messages related to your account and requested features may still be sent as described in these terms.
5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, listings, leads, and security events. You may receive multiple messages during active use of the Platform.
6. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Opt-out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a CarSwipe AI™ message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and stop further SMS to that number, except where another message is necessary to complete a requested one-time transaction or as required by law.
8. Help (HELP)
For assistance, reply HELP to any CarSwipe AI™ message or email support@carswipe.ai.
9. Supported carriers
CarSwipe AI™ SMS is intended for use on major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and policies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Privacy and non-sharing
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used solely for providing CarSwipe AI™ services.
We may share information with service providers such as telecommunications vendors solely to deliver messages on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
11. Changes
We may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
