Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement applies to individual, non-dealer users ("Seller," "you," or "your") who list personally owned vehicles for sale on CarSwipe AI™. By creating a listing or using Seller features, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sell the vehicle.
  • You must have lawful ownership or authority to sell the vehicle you list.
  • You may not use Seller features for commercial inventory flipping at dealer scale unless authorized as a Dealer.

2. Listing accuracy

  • Your listing must truthfully describe the vehicle, including mileage, condition, price, location, and availability.
  • You must promptly update or remove the listing when the vehicle is sold or no longer available.
  • Do not omit material defects you know about when making condition representations.

3. Ownership and title

  • You represent that you have lawful authority to sell the vehicle and transfer title.
  • You are responsible for liens, loans, co-owner signatures, and title issues.
  • Do not list a vehicle you do not own or cannot lawfully transfer.

4. VIN

The VIN in your listing must match the vehicle offered for sale. Do not alter, conceal, or misrepresent VIN information.

5. Images

  • Upload only real photos of the actual vehicle offered for sale.
  • Do not use stock photos, dealer photos of a different vehicle, or AI-generated images that misrepresent the car.
  • You must own or have permission to use all photos you upload.

6. AI descriptions

AI-generated descriptions are assistive only. You must review and edit them before publishing and ensure all statements are accurate.

7. Pricing

Advertised pricing must reflect the price you intend to negotiate or accept, subject to lawful disclosures. Do not use bait-and-switch tactics.

8. Fraud prevention

  • Do not engage in scams, fake escrow requests, or requests for improper upfront payment.
  • Communicate honestly with Buyers and report suspicious behavior to support@carswipe.ai.
  • We may remove listings or suspend Accounts involved in suspected fraud.

9. Communication

You are responsible for professional, lawful communication with Buyers and leads. If you contact Buyers by phone or text, comply with applicable consent and telemarketing laws.

10. Payments and boosts

Optional paid Boosts are governed by our Refund & Boost Policy. Boosts do not guarantee a sale.
