Refund & Boost Policy

1. Boosts

Boosts are optional paid features processed through Stripe. A boost may improve visibility for a listing during the boost period but does not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, messages, offers, or sales.

2. Payment processing

• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates.
• You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the purchased feature.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.

3. Stripe

Stripe handles payment card data according to its own terms and privacy policy. CarSwipe AI™ does not store full payment card numbers. Payment confirmations and receipts may be sent by email or displayed in your account.

4. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable sales, use, or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. Where required by law, taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.

5. Failed payments

• If a payment fails, the Boost or paid feature may not activate.
• You may be prompted to retry with a valid payment method.
• We are not responsible for bank holds, card declines, or processor errors outside our control.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

• Stripe or payment processor fees, chargebacks, and disputes may be handled under the processor's rules.
• If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, we may suspend paid features or Accounts associated with abusive chargeback activity.
• We may provide transaction records to Stripe or card networks to respond to disputes.

7. Fraud

We may cancel Boosts, reverse activations, or refuse refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud, stolen payment methods, or abuse of promotional offers.

8. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase duplicate Boosts for the same listing within a short period, contact support@carswipe.ai promptly. If the duplicate Boost has not been activated or consumed, we may review the transaction for correction or credit at our discretion.

9. Refund eligibility

• Unless required by law, completed boost purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.
• If a payment or boost fails because of a CarSwipe AI™ technical issue, contact support for review.
• Refunds, when approved, are generally returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
• Partial refunds may be issued where a Boost was only partially delivered due to a verified Platform error.

10. Technical failures

If a paid Boost does not activate due to a verified CarSwipe AI™ technical failure, contact support@carswipe.ai with your receipt, listing ID, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, activate the Boost, extend the Boost period, or issue a refund or credit.

11. Non-refundable activated boosts

Once a Boost has been activated, it is generally non-refundable because visibility services begin immediately. Market conditions, listing quality, competition, and Buyer behavior affect results and are not grounds for refund.

12. Cancellation policy

• You may cancel an unpaid checkout before completion without charge.
• After a Boost is purchased and activated, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law or expressly approved by CarSwipe AI™.
• Deleting a listing does not automatically entitle you to a refund for an active or consumed Boost.
