This Privacy Policy describes the information YOHA Enterprise LLC ("CarSwipe AI™," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you use https://carswipe.ai and related services, how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you. This policy applies to Buyers, Individual Sellers, Dealers, and visitors to the Platform.
1. Ownership and operator
CarSwipe AI™ is owned and operated by YOHA Enterprise LLC, a Virginia limited liability company in the United States.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Platform, and information from third-party sources where permitted.
- Account information such as name, email, role, dealership profile, phone, and location.
- Listing information including vehicle details, photos, logos, descriptions, boosts, and seller metadata.
- Usage information such as saved cars, likes, leads, clicks, impressions, and device/browser information.
- Communications you send through the Platform, including messages, support requests, and feedback.
- Payment-related information such as billing contact details and transaction metadata processed through Stripe.
- Verification information used for account security, password reset, and fraud prevention.
3. Vehicle information
- Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), make, model, year, trim, mileage, price, condition, features, and listing photos.
- VIN decode results and vehicle history-related data obtained from third-party data providers.
- Listing status, boost history, impressions, engagement metrics, and lead activity.
- AI-generated descriptions, summaries, scores, tags, and recommendations associated with listings.
4. Dealer information
- Dealership name, business address, website, phone number, logo, and public profile details.
- Authorized representative names, email addresses, and account roles.
- Inventory, lead, and dashboard activity related to dealership operations on the Platform.
- Verification and compliance information where collected for dealership accounts.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to operate sessions, remember preferences, analyze usage, and improve security. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
6. Analytics
- We may collect analytics about how Users interact with listings, search results, dashboards, and features.
- Analytics may include page views, referral sources, feature usage, performance metrics, and aggregated engagement data.
- We use analytics to improve the Platform, troubleshoot issues, and understand marketplace activity.
7. Device identifiers
- Browser type, operating system, device type, language settings, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Session identifiers, authentication tokens, and technical logs used for security and troubleshooting.
- Mobile device identifiers where applicable for app-like or installed web experiences.
8. Authentication information
- Email address, password credentials (stored in hashed form), and authentication session data.
- Password reset tokens, verification codes, and multi-factor or account recovery information where enabled.
- Login timestamps, IP addresses, and security events associated with account access.
9. AI processing
We may process listing details, VIN data, photos, user prompts, and usage signals to generate descriptions, summaries, recommendations, scores, and other AI-assisted outputs. AI processing is used to operate and improve Platform features. You should review AI outputs before relying on them.
10. How information is used
- To operate feed, listing, lead, messaging, onboarding, authentication, and payment workflows.
- To improve safety, personalization, fraud prevention, customer support, and product analytics.
- To send transactional messages such as password reset, lead, account, and payment notifications.
- To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect Users and CarSwipe AI™.
11. Payment processors
Payments for Boosts and other paid features are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives payment card and billing information directly according to its own privacy practices. We receive limited transaction metadata such as payment status, amount, and receipt information.
12. Third-party service providers
CarSwipe AI™ may use providers such as hosting, email, storage, analytics, payment processors, telecommunications, VIN data, and AI infrastructure to deliver the service.
These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations appropriate to their role. They may not use your information for their own unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.
13. Fraud prevention
- We may use technical, behavioral, and account signals to detect suspicious activity, fake listings, account abuse, and payment fraud.
- We may verify identity, dealership authority, or contact information before enabling certain features.
- We may retain security logs and investigation records as needed to protect the Platform.
14. Security
- We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.
15. Encryption
We use encryption and secure transport technologies in many parts of the Platform, including encrypted connections (such as HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit where supported. Sensitive credentials such as passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing methods rather than plain text.
16. Data retention
- We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Some records, including security logs, payment records, and legal correspondence, may be retained longer where required or reasonably necessary.
- When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete, anonymize, or restrict access consistent with our practices and legal requirements.
17. Children's privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact support@carswipe.ai and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete the information where required.
18. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information as defined by California law. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise California privacy rights, email support@carswipe.ai with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may verify your request before responding.
19. International users
CarSwipe AI™ is based in the United States and intended primarily for U.S. users. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
20. Your choices and user rights
- You may update certain account and profile information through your Account settings where available.
- You may opt out of non-essential cookies through browser controls and our Cookie Policy.
- You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP as described below and in our SMS Messaging Terms.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information.
21. Data deletion requests
You may request updates or deletion of account information where legally and operationally permitted. Some transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained.

22. SMS Communications
With your consent, CarSwipe AI™ may send SMS text messages related to your use of the Platform. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Types of SMS may include account verification, password reset, buyer lead notifications, seller notifications, dealer notifications, payment confirmations, and customer support messages.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used solely for providing CarSwipe AI™ services.

23. Service providers
CarSwipe AI™ may use providers such as hosting, email, storage, analytics, payment processors, and AI infrastructure to deliver the service.
24. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective means you accept the revised policy.
