CarSwipe AI™ respects intellectual property rights and expects Users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can report content they believe infringes their rights and how Users may submit counter-notifications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
1. Content ownership
Users must own or have permission to upload photos, dealership logos, listing copy, trademarks, and other content submitted to CarSwipe AI™.
2. DMCA agent
YOHA Enterprise LLC has designated an agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement. Notices and counter-notifications may be sent to:

3. Copyright notice requirements
To be effective, a DMCA takedown notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the CarSwipe AI™ content you believe infringes it, including URLs or listing identifiers.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Reporting infringement
- Identify the copyrighted work and the CarSwipe AI™ content you believe infringes it.
- Provide your contact information and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- Provide a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights owner.
5. Removal procedures
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, CarSwipe AI™ may remove or disable access to the identified material and may notify the User who posted it. We may also terminate Accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
6. Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA counter-notification to support@carswipe.ai including:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Platform.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal courts in Virginia and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
7. Restoration procedures
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order within the time period required by law, we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA.
8. Repeat infringer policy
CarSwipe AI™ may remove or restrict content and may suspend repeat infringers where appropriate. Users who repeatedly upload infringing material may have their Accounts terminated.

CarSwipe AI™ may remove or restrict content and may suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.
10. Misrepresentations
Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under the DMCA.
