2. Platform abuse

• Do not interfere with Platform operation or impose unreasonable load on infrastructure.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Do not circumvent technical limits, paywalls, or moderation controls.

3. Bots and automation

Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Platform except through documented APIs or express written permission from CarSwipe AI™.

4. Scraping

Unauthorized scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk downloading of listings, user data, or site content is prohibited.

5. Reverse engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models from the Platform except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

6. Security attacks

• Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Do not launch denial-of-service attacks or introduce malware.
• Report security issues responsibly to support@carswipe.ai.

7. Spam and fake accounts

• Do not create fake accounts or use the Platform to send spam.
• Do not collect contact information for unsolicited marketing.
• Do not impersonate another person or business.

8. Malware

Do not upload or distribute viruses, worms, malicious scripts, or phishing content.

9. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account termination. We may cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
