Community Guidelines

1. Be accurate

• Use truthful vehicle details, pricing, mileage, photos, location, and seller information.
• Remove or update listings that are sold, unavailable, inaccurate, or no longer authorized.

2. Accurate listings

Listings must truthfully represent the vehicle offered for sale, including condition, equipment, history disclosures you choose to make, and availability.

3. Fake listings prohibited

Do not create listings for vehicles that do not exist, are not for sale, or that you do not have authority to offer.

4. Duplicate listings prohibited

Do not post multiple listings for the same vehicle to manipulate search results or evade moderation.

5. Fake dealerships prohibited

Do not impersonate a dealership, create fraudulent dealer profiles, or misrepresent business affiliation.

6. Misleading pricing prohibited

• Do not advertise prices you do not intend to honor.
• Required fees, qualifications, or conditions must be disclosed clearly and lawfully.
• Bait-and-switch pricing and hidden mandatory charges are prohibited.

7. VIN fraud prohibited

Do not alter, substitute, conceal, or misrepresent a vehicle's VIN or identity.

8. AI-generated fake images prohibited

Do not use AI-generated, manipulated, or stock images that misrepresent the actual vehicle offered for sale.

9. Be respectful and lawful

• Do not harass, spam, impersonate, discriminate, defraud, or attempt to bypass platform safeguards.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

10. Harassment

Abusive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory communications toward other Users or CarSwipe AI™ staff are prohibited.

11. Spam

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive lead spam, or off-platform solicitations obtained through abuse of the Platform.

12. Scams

• Do not request improper upfront payments, wire transfers to unknown parties, or use fake escrow schemes.
• Do not attempt to lure Users off-platform for fraudulent transactions.
• Report suspicious behavior to support@carswipe.ai.

13. Illegal activity

The Platform may not be used for unlawful conduct, including stolen vehicles, title washing, odometer tampering, or export/control violations.

14. Copyright violations

Upload only content you own or are authorized to use. See our Copyright / DMCA Policy to report infringement.

15. Hate speech

Content that attacks individuals or groups based on protected characteristics is prohibited.

16. Malware

Do not upload or distribute malicious code, phishing links, or harmful files through listings, messages, or profiles.

17. Use AI responsibly

AI content must be reviewed before publishing. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for your own inspection, documentation, or legal disclosures.

18. Suspension policy

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension. Repeat or severe violations may lead to permanent termination.
